My name is Marta.

                       

I'm a Polish-Norwegian dancer born in Stavanger, Norway.

​

Since graduating from KHIO, Oslo, I have been working as a freelance -and company dancer in Norway and Israel. My main field is modern and contemporary dance, and I have additional experience in physical theatre and dance in TV commercials.

​

As a performer, I am interested in storytelling and the use of multiple artforms to create worlds on stage. Humor, sadness and distorted beauty are all elements that are of big inspiration for me. 

​

In the day to day life, I practice movement classes such as ballet, floor work, gaga, gyroconesis, pilates, swimming and yin yoga. I am also a big fan of wellness, and a big sauna enthusiast.

 

In addition to performing, I am currently studying to become a yin yoga teacher, and offer classes in contemporary and ballet for contemporary dancers.
